I don't think it's her, it's the people talking in her ear claiming that know what they are doing because they've been in the business for 20 years or ran their own company. She's naive and very inexperienced and doesn't know any better. She's being influenced by the big egos that caused WCW to go down. I feel bad for her if anything.
ok on the show her voice kills my ears. I deal with it because I am a wrestling fan I do wish that Paul Heymen would work with them. He would have help out alot

Her voice is no more annoying than Vicky's Problem with Paul and Bishoff is they both killed their own company and Doixie just does't know enough about the business to say STOP! Dixie should not be out there. The heel turn just isn't working.
If she is that inexperienced she shouldn't be in charge. It takes a strong person who knows what they are doing and can be the bad guy backstage sometimes to run a company. She either needs to get her **** together, turn over TNA to someone more experienced with running a successful wrestling show or TNA will fall. And contrary to popular belief that is NOT what I want to see.
