One could easily say Eric Young currently Or even Samoa Joe or Kaz. They just have so many talented wrestlers that it's impossible to make them all champions.
Rob Terry, Manik or (I know I'm gonna get crap for this lol) Garrett Bishoff. Hear me out! Garrett has potential in the ring, not in the singles division but def. in the tag division, he has the BIG last name and imo has more talent than he's being allowed to use.
